Crockpot Chicken & Dumplings



4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 onion diced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
4 grands flaky refrigerator biscuits

Place chicken in crockpot. Add butter, cream of chicken soup, broth, onion and parsley. After it's done cooking, break chicken up with fork. Cut biscuits into 6-9 pieces each and add to crockpot. Cover and let cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy! Add more chicken broth if necessary.

A few notes: First of all....this is Delicious!! I added some cut up baby carrots and I used the whole package of biscuits. I didn't have to add any addtional broth either. Also, my chicken was still a bit frozen when I put it in the crockpot.
